Join us for our Tumble Time Drop-In Program! This is a drop-in ONLY program. There is NO registration for this program. Students will develop coordination, confidence, and strength in this fun Parent-and-Me class. Skills taught include basic developmental skills (jumping, balancing, locomotors movements) as well as gymnastics fundamentals (rolling, swinging, inversions) in a loosely structured exploration time. Active caregiver supervision is required.

Explore the fundamentals of gymnastics as we tumble, jump, and roll around! We use a variety of mats and a range of equipment to help tiny toddlers develop strength, body awareness and confidence while having tons of fun and making new friends.

In this independent class, students will refine skills learned in Tumble Tots 1. Basic skill work will be combined with lessons on positioning and technique. Watch your little ones turn a "donkey kick" into a proper handstand in this fun and fast-paced class. Experience is preferred, but not required.

Let’s get moving! All kid gymnasts can enjoy this fun class regardless of skill level. Join us as we build confidence in movement, strength, and flexibility. We use a diverse collection of gym equipment to familiarize children with the fundamentals of gymnastics.

Does your gymnast want to learn a front or back walkover? Then come to our Walkover Workshop! The 1-hour workshop will focus on learning or perfecting your walkovers with stations, drills, and conditioning specifically for this skill. Gymnasts should be able and comfortable doing a handstand and a bridge - does not have to be connected, the workshop will include connecting these skills together to get a walkover.

This clinic is perfect for you if you want to learn and/or perfect your cartwheels and handstands! Handstands are a key skill in ALL events of gymnastics. With handstands, gymnasts can more easily master cartwheels and round-offs During this 1-hour clinic, there will be various stations, drills, and conditioning tailored to your gymnast's skill level for learning cartwheels/handstands. Skill focus: HS/CW on floor, HS/CW on beam, press HS, HS on bars, round-off

Come to this clinic if you want to learn front or back handsprings! Gymnasts should be able or comfortable doing a handstand into a bridge or going into a bridge from standing (back limber) to progress into handsprings. The 1-hour clinic will consist of stations, drills, and conditioning to help gymnasts learn their handsprings. Would highly recommend the Walkover Workshop if your gymnast does not have a front or back walkover, as those skills are extremely helpful with learning handsprings. Come learn new skills and brush up on old ones! This week long, 1.5 hour camp will include rotating through the events, games, and free time in the gym.

Basic to intermediate gymnastics skills are learned that encourage playful strength, conditioning, body control, balance and coordination

Kick (and roll, and jump!) into high gear in this grade- school- level gymnastics class. Students will use skill and drill work to improve their flexibility, coordination and confidence. Tumbling skills will be combined to make short routines, bars and beam will become more independent activities, and students will be encouraged to challenge themselves while having fun. Experience is preferred, but not required.
