Walkover Workshop

Does your gymnast want to learn a front or back walkover? Then come to our Walkover Workshop! The 1-hour workshop will focus on learning or perfecting your walkovers with stations, drills, and conditioning specifically for this skill. Gymnasts should be able and comfortable doing a handstand and a bridge - does not have to be connected, the workshop will include connecting these skills together to get a walkover.
