This clinic is perfect for you if you want to learn and/or perfect your cartwheels and handstands! Handstands are a key skill in ALL events of gymnastics. With handstands, gymnasts can more easily master cartwheels and round-offs During this 1-hour clinic, there will be various stations, drills, and conditioning tailored to your gymnast's skill level for learning cartwheels/handstands.
