Handspring Clinic - 320523

Come to this clinic if you want to learn front or back handsprings! Gymnasts should be able or comfortable doing a handstand into a bridge or going into a bridge from standing (back limber) to progress into handsprings. The 1-hour clinic will consist of stations, drills, and conditioning to help gymnasts learn their handsprings. Would highly recommend the Walkover Workshop if your gymnast does not have a front or back walkover, as those skills are extremely helpful with learning handsprings.
