Explore the fundamentals of gymnastics as we tumble, jump, and roll around! We use a variety of mats and a range of equipment to help tiny toddlers develop strength, body awareness and confidence while having tons of fun and making new friends.

Students will develop coordination, confidence, and strength in this fun Parent-and-Me class. Skills taught include basic developmental skills (jumping, balancing, locomotors movements) as well as gymnastics fundamentals (rolling, swinging, inversions) in a loosely structured exploration time. Active caregiver supervision is required.

This gymnastics program will teach children basic to advanced skills on a variety of equipment. Children will develop their gymnastics skills while also learning proper stretching techniques and healthy movement. This class is by invite only. Let’s get moving! All kid gymnasts can enjoy this fun class regardless of skill level. Join us as we build confidence in movement, strength, and flexibility. We use a diverse collection of gym equipment to familiarize children with the fundamentals of gymnastics.

Kick (and roll, and jump!) into high gear in this grade- school- level gymnastics class. Students will use skill and drill work to improve their flexibility, coordination and confidence. Tumbling skills will be combined to make short routines, bars and beam will become more independent activities, and students will be encouraged to challenge themselves while having fun. Experience is preferred, but not required.

In this independent class, students will refine skills learned in Tumble Tots 1. Basic skill work will be combined with lessons on positioning and technique. Watch your little ones turn a "donkey kick" into a proper handstand in this fun and fast-paced class. Experience is preferred, but not required.

In this independent class, students will be taught developmentally appropriate gymnastics skills in class similar in structure and skill level to a Tumble Kids class. Previous experience is not required.

This energetic and exciting class is designed to provide young dancers an introduction into the fundamentals of tap dance. Early exposure to the rhythms and unique mind-to-foot connection associated with tap dance will allow students to progress and excel at the art as they move through life.

*Tap shoes are available upon request.*

A fun introduction to basic percussion rhythms and counting with your feet. Beginning tap steps are taught, while learning coordination and balance.

Basic to intermediate gymnastics skills are learned that encourage playful strength, conditioning, body control, balance and coordination
