Come join us for our exciting Winter Break Camp where you will meet new friends, play games, explore new activities and enjoy fun field trips. Open to students ages 5-12. Please provide your child's lunch and snack each day. Program details will be emailed to participants before camp begins. You must have a valid email address on file and enroll in ePACT (a secure emergency network that we use to collect medical and emergency contact information electronically) prior to the first day of camp.
*No camp on Tuesday, December 24 and Wednesday, December 25.

Calling all parents! Enjoy an evening off while the kids have fun! This drop off event invites children ages 5-12 to participate in a night of fun activities including gym time and arts & crafts led by Recreation staff. Pizza and drinks are included. All children must be potty-trained. Advanced registration is required. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

City Resident Registration begins March 11 at 10:00 am.
Non City Resident Registration begins April 11 at 10:00 am.

Are you looking for a great way to end your summer? Ultimate Adventure Camp will give your camper the opportunity to enjoy their last few days of summer as we jam-pack the week with field trips! Campers can participate in many different activities as they “ad-venture” out into the Charlottesville community and beyond. The schedule and parent packet will be emailed to all participants in mid-July. The camp fee includes field trip admission and field trip transportation. Campers must pack their own lunch for this camp. Breakfast and lunch will not be provided. This camp does not provide transportation for campers to and from camp. Financial assistance is available through our Scholarship Program. Weekly fee of $125.00 for residents and $200.00 for non-residents.

Transportation: Transportation to and from camp is not offered.

Inclusion program: Our inclusion program provides extra support to campers with disabilities. Campers should have the ability to function with occasional assistance as a member of a group of 10 or more campers. We are not able to provide one-to-one assistance. With your registration, please indicate if you will need accommodations when prompted. A three-week notice is requested in order for the Department to make reasonable accommodations based on individuals needs for successful inclusion.
