A low-commitment hip hop class for to dance-lovers of all skill levels. In this all-in-one hour of technique, conditioning, and learning a short piece of choreography will have you sweating and boost your mood! Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and sneakers you can dance in (low-traction preferred).

A fun introduction to basic percussion rhythms and counting with your feet. Beginning tap steps are taught, while learning coordination and balance.
