Come learn about Nutrition, cooking safety, expand your taste palate, try new foods, and learn how to cook a balanced and healthy meal. This class will be taught by UVA Medical Students with support of Adaptive Recreation Staff. Come out and enjoy a group dinner, socialize, and learn something new.
