Thera-Bands

This is an ongoing class you can join at any time. For this class we will be using a light resistance Thera Band. Please check with your medical provider before the start of class to be sure it’s right for you. We will be working on strengthening the arms and legs. Once you have signed up you will receive a zoom link for the program.
