Adult Intermediate MINI

This class is geared toward intermediate swimmers ages 16 + years. Swimmers must be able to swim 1/2 the length of the pool on their front and 1/2 on their back [10 - 15 yards]. This class will help with stroke development, endurance and the introduction of resting strokes [breaststroke and elementary backstroke].
