Students will develop coordination, confidence, and strength in this fun Parent-and-Me class. Skills taught include basic developmental skills (jumping, balancing and, locomotor movements) as well as gymnastics fundamentals (rolling, swinging, and inversions) in a loosely structured exploration time. Active caregiver supervision is required.
