Adult/Teen Beginner

This swim class is geared toward adults with little to no water
experience. This class will help build confidence in the water by
learning introductory skills such as blowing bubbles, floating and
kicking on front and back with support, utilizing breath control
and swimming underwater. Introduction to arm action.
