Junior Flippers

This class is geared toward participants interested in strength and interval training, and in building endurance in all four competitive strokes. Through drills and repetition, participants will work on transitions between strokes, flip turns, pull outs and diving. Great for youth triathletes, Jefferson Swim League (JSL) summer-league
swimmers and future Summer City Swordfish swimmers.

. Must be able to swim 50 yards Freestyle with bi-lateral breathing and 50 yards backstroke continuously
- Must be able to tread water 1 minute
- Must be 8 years old by the first day of class
